About the event
The Coalition of Hamilton Indigenous Leadership invites Indigenous community members of Hamilton to join a follow-up conversation on what we need to thrive in Hamilton.
Over the past year, our CHIL team has been meeting with community and discussing what Hamilton would look like as a place where Indigenous Peoples thrive throughout all stages of life. We will present back key experiences, ideas, and needs that community have shared with us as we draft the first Indigenous Community Vision for Hamilton.
These sessions will provide an update on Indigenous Community Vision planning to date and invite community to add to the vision. The final presentation of the Indigenous Community Vision for Hamilton will be held in mid-September as an in-person gathering.
